The role: 

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening strategic relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and success. This role involves developing tailored account plans, proactively resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Additionally, the role focuses on implementing communication strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying industry trends to keep clients informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop customized account strategies.
  • Resolve issues proactively and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive growth.
  • Provide consistent updates on product enhancements and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in banking or fintech.
  • Strong industry knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage long-term relationships.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

$89,600$168,000 USD
