The ideal candidate should have successfully generated new business for a SaaS software organization in a recurring revenue business model to large enterprise accounts in the healthcare space. The Business Development Representative should be a proven prospector with an action orientation and an intellectual curiosity that will drive product knowledge along with the ability to generate and foster new leads which convert to new meetings.
The ideal candidate will promote and maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards and forging positive relationships with the entire LeanTaaS team, customers, and prospects. The successful Business Development Representative will establish an environment of trust and collaboration that breeds loyalty and growth internally (with the rest of the LeanTaaS team) and trust externally. The successful candidate will be able to positively influence direction, strategy, and growth and will be a key architect and driver of client acquisition and revenue acceleration.
