Job Summary
Are you ready to join a dynamic team as a Customer Operations Technician? Look no further! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about maintaining critical installation infrastructure and providing exceptional service to our customers.

As a Customer Operations Technician, you will need cabling experience, Fibre of cabling is helpful to us and this is a strong focus for many of our roles, make sure your CV states what cabling experience you have! We can utilise strong IT skills so you can seamlessly transition between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too! 

To excel in this role, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for personal development are essential. Come join the team! 

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in responding to customer requests

  • You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers

  • You will install customer equipment in racks

  • You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic)

  • You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications

  • You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed
