This is a remote position.

Job Overview

In   this   pivotal   role,you'll   craft   and   implement   complia nce   strategies,lead   risk   assessments,and   collaborate   across   departments   to   uphold   the   highest  s tandards.Leverage   your   expertise   to   shape   a resilient   compliance   framework   while   guiding   teams   and   engaging   with   regulatory   bodies.

Job Highlights:
Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Schedule:9:00 am to 6:00 pm AEST (Sydney Time)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an  "Independent Contractor"arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.They will handle their own benefits and taxes The professional fees   are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
·Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry  standards
·Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate  risks
·Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and best practices
·Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the company s compliance framework remains up-to-date
·Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance controls into business processes
·Manage  relationships with  regulatory  bodies and  represent the  company during  regulatory examinations and inquiries


Requirements
  • Has 2-3 years of experience as Compliance Officer 
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Law,Finance,Business Administration,or related field
  • Proven experience in a compliance leadership role within the financial services industry (Must be familiar with US and EU regulations)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent    communication,analytical,and    problem-solving    skills
  • Ability  to  work  independently  and  lead  a  team
