The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

As an SEO specialist, you will be assisting in tasks and activities related to SEO and implementing internally established SEO strategies to help us improve search visibility and increase organic traffic for several websites of Roche.

You will perform a variety of SEO-related tasks, including but not limited to keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, content briefs preparation, site audits, local SEO, and backlink profile building. You will also be tasked with identifying SEO errors and opportunities using Google Search Console and third-party tools, managing technical SEO changes with developers, performing content audits, and creating monthly reports to help us analyze and improve SEO performance. In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Triaging request related to job scope with the right stakeholders

  • Researching SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials (Keyword Research) using several tools, providing keyword variations and grouping them in clusters

  • Selecting, prioritizing and grading the keywords based on their value to the business and the specific project

  • Understanding the business partner’s preferences, identifying the unmet needs, suggesting new SEO tactics and opportunities for the business partner to reach program goals

  • Proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing or communications.

  • You already gained 2-3 years of SEO experience in a similar position.

  • You have experience with international, multilingual websites with a global & local aspect.

  • You have good knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO) and Screaming Frog etc).

  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills and can work in a fast-paced global environment.
