Kyndryl is seeking a skilled WME SME to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering Middleware products and other emerging platforms. You will work closely with development teams to improve application resilience and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Middleware products and other emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance application resilience and reliability.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Middleware systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Middleware systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Middleware systems.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in infrastructure administration.
  • Basic knowledge of WAS, IHS, Weblogic, and IIS.
  • Solid knowledge of middleware subsystems such as JBOSS, Nginx, and WebApps.
  • Solid knowledge of the Linux Operating System and Windows Server.
  • Basic knowledge of the Azure portal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
