Our Team:
You will be part of the ASEA Trade Marketing & Revenue Management team which reports to Sanofi CHC’s ASEA General Manager. Our mission is to develop channel strategies and in-store activation plans to deliver sustainable market growth ahead of our competitors and maximize the revenue of our portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
Be Your Channel Champion: Take ownership of your channel, driving sustainable market growth ahead of competitors by being consumer and customer-focused. Collaborate actively across functions to ensure success in your market and alignment with the broader regional strategy.
Regional Performance Consolidation & Strategy
- Consolidate performance data across markets to create a regional performance overview that identifies trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Support the development of the regional commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with market-level activities and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into regional priorities and strategic plans.
Achieve Financial & Market Share Targets
- Drive profitable market share growth within the region.
- Meet Volume Sales, Gross & Net Sales targets.
- Attain Gross Margin and BOI targets by effectively managing the P&L.
- Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to meet financial objectives.
Management of End-to-End Shopper In-Store Activation Strategies
- Execute in-store activations to boost shopper engagement and conversion.
- Align activations with shopper insights and category priorities.
- Manage displays, promotions, and POSM for impactful execution.
- Analyse performance to refine future strategies.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Improvement of Activations
- Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing tactics and assets with RGM & Performance Analytics support.
- Conduct post-activity evaluations to capture learnings and integrate insights into future strategies to improve sales, trade spend efficiency, and product mix.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
- 1-3 years in trade marketing, retail marketing, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of South Korea’s retail landscape and shopper behaviors is a plus but not a must.
- Analytical ability to assess and optimize campaign performance.
- Project management skills for POSM deployment and budget tracking.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing capabilities.
- Bold and creative mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas.
- Courageous in trying innovative approaches to drive results.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering sustainable growth.
