Onze klant in de autobranche heeft slimme online tools, marktcijfers en voertuiginformatie. Al meer dan 40 jaar zijn ze dé autoriteit op het gebied van voertuiginformatie. Ze hebben de unieke expertise om de markt te verbinden, verrijken en voorspellen door slim gebruik van data en eigen data science modellen.

Als IT Support Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, verzoeken en incidenten gerelateerd aan de kantoorautomatisering. Je kent je weg in Windows, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online en andere Office 365-diensten. Vind je het leuk om anderen te helpen met hun vragen en uit te leggen hoe het werkt? **Werkzaamheden**:

Je registreert verzoeken, lost dagelijkse problemen op voor collega's en verdeelt de verzoeken over verschillende oplossingsgroepen en teamleden binnen het IT Operations team. Je houdt je bezig met werkstationbeheer, incidentbeheer, voorraadbeheer, gebruikersadministratie, implementatie van toegangs- en beveiligingsbeleid en communicatie met leveranciers van hardware, software en (cloud)diensten. In totaal werk je 40 uur per week.
