They manage the largest green purchasing center in Europe, a prominent and inspiring location spanning an impressive 25,000 square meters dedicated to flowers, plants, and accessories.

Job Description

As a Data Specialist, your responsibilities will mirror those of an electrician managing a meter cupboard: ensuring data and data integrations are tidy, organized, and clear. Serving various customer groups, our client is one of the largest players in the international ornamental horticulture market.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining desired hierarchies within various data objects like articles, customers, and suppliers.

- Managing data flows post transfer from key users from specific domains and maintaining an overview of these data flows.

- Engaging with the organization to gather missing components when necessary and monitoring actions from the domains to ensure data accuracy.

- Collaborating with the business architect, ensuring the timeliness and completeness of planned migrations during the project.

- Assisting in data cleansing, including creating a cleansing plan and executing it to ensure clean and transparent data.

- Identifying and raising awareness of integrated challenges to the integration manager using your understanding of data.

- Assisting in the design of efficient maintenance processes to keep databases secure, high-quality, and consistent.

- Creating and maintaining documentation related to master data structures, configurations, and applications.

- Ensuring the implementation of solutions and transferring your knowledge to MDM end-users.

Qualifications

Required: PowerQueries, Dutch, Data Analysis, Data Management, Microsoft Excel

Preferred: Stakeholder Management, Microsoft Dynamics, EDI Processes, Horticulture Sector
