Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in web development to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, along with the technical expertise to efficiently manage web and design tasks for cross-functional teams. This role requires strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for driving projects forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies for mitigation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear and consistent updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources to meet project requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lessons learned to refine processes and optimize future projects.
• Oversee web development and design tasks, leveraging your technical expertise to guide teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical insights and support to resolve complex web development and design-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of web development.
• Experience working as a web developer or significant experience in the web development field, enabling you to manage web and design tasks efficiently.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience working in industries like eCommerce, digital marketing, or web development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom for team collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform project decisions.
• Basic understanding of SEO, web development, or design principles.
