We're seeking a proficient Microsoft Exchange OnPrem Administrator to join our team in a fulltime contract for the next years. If you're passionate about managing and troubleshooting Exchange servers, ensuring seamless email communication, and optimizing server performance, this role is for you!
Role Overview:
You will be working for a MSP maintaining about 10 Customers. 50% of your work will be Server Hardening and Upgrades. The other 50% will go towartds Project work as well as Troubleshooting/Ticketing. Most of them are in a Hybrid Configuration. The Focus will be on the OnPrem Part.
There will be an onboarding phase for about 2 Weeks each day 3 hours. Then we will upscale to 4-6 hours daily and later 8 hours regularly. Working hours will be during USA Timezone while the customer is not from USA, means it is mostly a non-english environment. Google Translate is your friend.
This role is only for real experts and a deep technical interview will be conducted not only before the job starts but also during the onboarding phase etc.
