Role Overview 
We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This role is crucial in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers in target markets. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, the SDR will play a pivotal role in building a strong sales pipeline for the organization. 
The ideal candidate will bring creativity and innovation to the outreach process, using techniques like video prospecting, personalized content, and multi-channel engagement to stand out in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities 
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Conduct research to identify high-potential target accounts in alignment with Hypatos’ ideal customer profile.
    • Initiate contact with prospects through outbound channels, including cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video prospecting.
    • Use video tools (e.g., Vidyard, Loom) to create personalized and engaging outreach content to capture prospects' attention.
    • Deliver tailored messaging to articulate the value of Hypatos’ solutions for prospects’ business needs.
  2. Qualifying Prospects
    • Engage in discovery conversations to understand prospects' challenges, business objectives, and potential fit for Hypatos' solutions.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for account executives.
  3. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
    • Work closely with account executives to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
    • Collaborate with marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and leverage content to enhance outreach efforts.
  4. CRM Management & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
    • Track and report on outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and progress toward KPIs.
  5. Continuous Learning & Improvement
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
    • Experiment with new prospecting techniques and tools to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
    • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to refine skills and strategies.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role; experience in SaaS or B2B is a plus.
  • Creativity in Prospecting: Experience using innovative techniques, including video prospecting, to engage and convert leads.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle objections, rejections, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to research and identify key decision-makers and potential use cases for Hypatos' solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video prospecting tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ambition: A results-driven individual eager to contribute to the company’s success and grow within a high-performing sales team.
