About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our Meta Advertising team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Meta media buying, with a primary focus on utilizing Bid Caps for effective ad campaign management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing and optimizing ad campaigns, ensuring efficient use of Bid Cap ad spend budget optimization, and driving measurable results.

Requirements

Meta Media Buying:

  • Execute Meta media buying strategies that allow us to profitably scale ad spend budgets and overall campaigns.
  • Experience driving traffic and conversion for both on-site and Meta shops for a DTC, ecommerce brand.
  • Experience creating, executing and optimizing Advantage+ campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, features, and updates within the Meta advertising platform.

Bid Cap Ad Spend Optimization:

  • Utilize Bid Caps to manage and optimize ad spend budgets effectively.
  • Implement strategies to maximize the impact of Bid Cap ad spend, ensuring optimal ROI.

Campaign Management:

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.

Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct regular performance analysis to evaluate the success of campaigns.
  • Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for enhancements based on performance data.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign strategies.

Testing and Experimentation:

  • Plan and execute A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies and creative elements.
  • Implement learnings from tests to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging technologies in the paid media and digital advertising space.
