As an HR Data Analyst specializing in talent matching, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing recruitment processes and driving data-driven decisions. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of AI algorithms, ensuring candidates are matched effectively with job opportunities. This role combines your knowledge of recruitment with data analytics to improve the quality of hiring outcomes and streamline talent acquisition strategies. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with data teams to optimize talent matching algorithms.

  • Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.

  • Conduct deep dives into data to enhance the effectiveness of AI-driven candidate matching.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment metrics and AI performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on sourcing and screening high volumes of candidates, ideally in the tech industry.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines efficiently while maintaining quality.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data for strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to diverse teams.

  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, tech-forward environments.

  • Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and HR analytics platforms.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
