Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Coordinator (Remote)

Working Hours: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM South Africa Time

Company Overview:
We are an ABA therapy company dedicated to supporting children and families by providing high-quality therapeutic services. Our team ensures that clients are matched with the best therapists, schedules are maintained, and relationships between schools, parents, and providers run smoothly.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will act as the key link between clients, therapists, parents, and schools, ensuring that all parties are well-supported and schedules are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match clients with appropriate therapists based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and therapists to ensure open communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure services are running smoothly.
  • Problem-solve any issues that arise and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of all communications, schedules, and case details.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and providers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about helping people and improving lives.
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to work independently.
  • Own laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Availability to work 4:00 PM 12:00 AM South Africa time.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., case management, customer service, or scheduling) is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in an ABA therapy setting or similar.
  • Familiarity with case management or coordination of services.
