About the Role
As part of the Video Editing Team, you’ll lead a dynamic group of video editors, overseeing workflows, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, staying ahead of video trends, and implementing cutting-edge techniques to elevate our content.

This position primarily supports real estate agents across the U.S., so knowledge of the real estate market, how it works, and current trends in real estate video production is a significant advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire fellow video editors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Workflow Management: Develop and optimize processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, even under tight deadlines.
Content Innovation: Research and implement the latest video editing tools, techniques, and trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Creative Vision: Drive storytelling strategies that captivate audiences and elevate our brand.
Quality Control: Ensure all video content meets brand standards and creative goals.
Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, producers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life through innovative storytelling.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges swiftly, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record in video editing with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Innovative Mindset: A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new technologies.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with real estate marketing and video trends is a big plus.
Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills to provide clear direction and feedback.
Deadline-Driven: Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality.
Strategic Vision: A knack for balancing creative ambition with practical execution.
