Job description

Service Now Specialized Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Specialized Salespersons, i.e. Hunters to drive client engagement and deliver business growth in 2025. The role involves building strategic relationships and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex client dynamics and quickly establish trusted relationships. The person must have specialized selling experience in Service Now Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute tactical sales approaches aligned with client and market needs.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, leveraging networks to maximize engagement opportunities.

• Opportunity and Solution Development: Identify, create, and respond to sales opportunities to provide innovative solutions that align with client objectives.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage technical and commercial negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to maintain high service quality and retention.

• Market Insights: Track market trends to identify and pursue unique opportunities for growth.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures in all sales activities.

• Knowledge Sharing: Provide insights to colleagues to enhance sales and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Existing networks: Leverage their existing networks to promote sales.

Qualifications:

• Essential: University degree or equivalent professional qualification with 8+ years of sales experience.

• Desirable: Experience in international environments and multilingual capabilities are a plus. Also having an established network of contacts within the local Eviden organization and actively developing a global Eviden network is a plus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence sales strategy and deliver impactful client outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
