Job Summary:

The Manager for EA Infrastructure is responsible for partnering with IT to oversee software, hardware, networks, identity, access and security solutions to enable Data, Analytics and AI ecosystem for Enterprise Analytics. Through leadership of a team of skilled system administrators, provides guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. Ideal candidate would have knowledge working on system architecture design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure using both On-Prem and Cloud Solutions. Works collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization enabling enterprise level platform solutions to drive EA strategic initiatives.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five (5) or more years of relevant experience including three or more years in a formal or informal leader position is required. Experience in enabling cloud-based infrastructure for data, analytics and AI is preferred. Experience working with Epic System (EMR) platform is preferred. Experience in healthcare industry is preferred. Formal leadership experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, network and systems engineering, information systems, software engineering or related fields is required.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Understanding of data privacy standards and security best practices is preferred.
