Position Overview:

If you are passionate about AI, and have hands-on experience in talent sourcing/recruiting, - you are at the right place!

Location:

Fully Remote (must be located within LATAM)

What you will do:

  • Talent pool management: Source, identify and manage interested and qualified candidates (freelancers and agencies) for ongoing and future project requests. Handle full onboarding process
  • Community builder: Always on the look for potential talents of various backgrounds through social media, webinars, job boards etc. You’ll be the welcoming voice of e2f, creating lasting connections.
  • Data navigator: Analyze trends in the current market, stay updated of the database, provide timely and accurate updates on recruitment/ candidate progress.
  • Collaborative partner: Work closely with program stakeholders to understand their needs and create a recruitment process that reflects our specific culture and goals.
  • Feedback champion: Collect and implement candidate feedback to constantly improve e2f's hiring approach, promoting a positive experience for every applicant through the process.

Who You Are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in crowdsourcing, mass hiring, exposure in AI industry is an advantage
  • An effective communicator who can turn technical program details into enticing and comprehensive narratives.
  • Both an individual and a team player
  • A critical thinker who can analyze, prioritize urgent tasks with short turnaround time
  • Passion for technology and an interest in the AI industry is a plus.

Job Type:

Independent Contractor

This position is fully remote and open to applicants from LATAM, CST, EST and EET time-zones; candidates should be located in the region to meet our time-zone requirements.
