Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and the ability to assess candidate suitability.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilities.
