MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through strategic cold outreach. The BDR’s primary focus will be to identify, target, and secure new client meetings, while helping the sales organization scale. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in communication, thrives on challenges, and has a passion for building relationships. This role reports to Business Development Director and supports the Physician Development Sales team.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and 1.5 years in a similar role (sales development, business development, or lead generation) with experience in cold outreach; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.
