About the role
Design sits at the center of the Two Chairs experience. As a Senior Product Designer on our Client Experience squad, you’ll help redefine how people experience mental healthcare, infusing every moment of their Two Chairs journey with care and joy. This is an opportunity to use your product design chops to build a product that enables all people to access the effective, modern mental healthcare they deserve.
You’ll be joining a team of design craftspeople who are passionate about making a difference in mental healthcare — we’re all about building authentic empathy for our users, boldly reimagining their tools, and paving the way towards a better mental healthcare system. All while caring for every single pixel. Surrounded by smart, ambitious and caring cross-functional teammates, you’ll have the opportunity to partner across all disciplines, developing deep clinical partnerships and amplifying the clinical perspective through the research, design, and development of beautifully elegant UI.
You'll be responsible for building tools that enable clients at Two Chairs to get started in care and meet their mental healthcare goals. You’ll use design to help make mental healthcare accessible to all.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Shape our vision of the Two Chairs Experience. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and clinical counterparts to imagine and evoke a world where clients easily get started and joyfully receive life-changing care. Your vision will drive our roadmap and build momentum across the organization.
- Build your way towards this vision. You’ll design end-to-end journeys that help clients receive effective mental healthcare, serving as an expert of product design craft and evangelist of design excellence. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional counterparts to design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity product features that support our business goals and serve our clients (while delighting them along the way).
- Guide our conversion point-of-view. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the company to understand our growth funnel, then test your way towards the right suite of experiences, tools, and touchpoints to bring clients into care with ease. You’ll reimagine our Client Experience with these learnings in mind.
- Thoughtfully consider your users in each design decision you make. You’ll be devoted to building empathy for their individual needs, consistently weaving their perspectives into your solutions, and always prioritizing diversity, inclusion, and representation in your work. You’ll bring empathy and intention to each design choice you make.
- Play a foundational role in designing and implementing the Two Chairs Design System. You’ll introduce new ways to leverage a modular design system while continuously evolving how our design language embraces our cross-platform experience. You’ll uplevel the product design toolkit to ensure every touchpoint feels cohesive, successful, and pixel-perfect. The Two Chairs digital products will grow to embody both your strategic points-of-view and aesthetic stamp.
