Data Validation Analyst

Salary: $28.50 to $33.00 hourly

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Validation Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our contract data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract types and the ability to identify and classify documents.

Responsibilities

• Data Validation: Review and validate contract data extracted by AI tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Document Classification: Classify documents into appropriate categories (e.g., supply agreements, service agreements).
• Data Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve data quality issues, such as missing information or inconsistencies.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter validated data into a designated repository.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of data validation processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with contract types and procurement documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
