 Leverage architecture and design patterns to solve problems conceptually and in code

 Write code to contribute to the efforts of a tight-knit team doing the same

 Submit complete PR’s for review

 Working from the front-end to as far back as necessary to ship innovation on an existing, mission-critical web application

 Set technical direction for projects

 Acts as the project manager and accountable for fulfilling assigned tasks

 Build new front-end experiences and improve existing assets

 Work collaboratively with a team of designers, developers, and customer support individuals who are based in the USA, Ukraine, and throughout the world

 Mentor less-experienced developers

 Use Microsoft stack skills as an individual contributor

 Communicate ideas and concepts with leaders and executives
