Job description

Regroup Mass Notification — a global company with headquarters in Dallas — is looking for a Sales Development Manager. Regroup believes in working with talented people who care about our core mission: Keeping communities and organizations safe and informed.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our SAAS Company. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and developing our sales development team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching sales development representatives, setting quotas and performance goals, providing sales strategy and tactics, and helping to develop and execute sales campaigns. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. 
  • Identify and develop new opportunities and sales channels. 
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement. 
  • Train and mentor the sales team on sales tactics and best practices.
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
  • Developing SDR team by Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales development representatives.
  • Research the market and identify new trends and opportunities. 
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management. 
  • Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on SQL’s and campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to the VP of Sales.
  • Monitor outbound activities and deliver ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling.
  • Set quotas and performance goals for sales development representatives


Who you are:

Our ideal candidate is a Sales professional, with experience managing SDR’s for SAAS products. You must have experience defining performance metrics by which sales development reps (SDRs) can be measured, and guided. 


Requirements:

  • Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions
  • Understanding of B2B selling
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred
  • Experience in B2B prospecting tool, Outreach preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
