About the Role:
The Team: FP&A in Finance are responsible for the budget, forecast and financial planning of the business. Reporting of actual performance for the group and to function stakeholders is a key component of the responsibility.
The team is based in London and Gurgaon, India and will value intellectual curiosity and diligence.
The Impact: Providing insight into the actual numbers through performance analysis is a key deliverable to aid understanding of performance drivers and inform future management action.
This position will play a pivotal role in owning the forecast for the OSTTRA workforce and understanding how the financial resources of the business are allocated across the functions.
Improvements and efficiency in the reporting will enable information sharing to management to inform key decision making.

Responsibilities:
Support the finance business partners with a range of tasks:
- Variance analysis – working out what has changed and why
- Performance reporting packs – helping to tell the story behind the numbers
- Report design – identifying what we want to explain and how to communicate that
- Planning and budgeting - understanding performance drivers and how they might change over time
- Maintaining our personnel cube – data integrity and discretion is key, this is essential for our forecasting process
The role will change over time as experience and knowledge develop.
What We’re Looking For:
- Personable with good communication skills. We speak to a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of seniority and numerous global locations
- Numerate background. Experience of working with large data sets ideal e.g. as part of a STEM/humanities degree
- An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties; managing competing priorities for multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
