Job Description Summary

               

As Total Rewards Analyst for Lamb Weston you will support the analysis and administration of base salary compensation, quarterly and annual incentive plans, job evaluations, market pricing, salary structure, merit budgets, and administration of year-end merit, bonus and stock awards, equity administration and support benefits’ projects as needed. You will support the implementation of improved or new compensation and benefit plans and policies. You will also help to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies.

Job Description

  • Support the design, implementation and administration of  compensation and benefits programs.
  • Administer compensation plans in Workday, including ensuring employees are accurately assigned to eligible compensation plans, ensuring eligibility rules are kept current, and supporting the execution of year-end compensation planning (i.e., merit, bonus and stock awards), and partnering with HRIS/Payroll to ensure accurate payment of compensation.
  • Analyze, evaluate and support the design of various pay programs including base pay, short-term incentive, long-term incentive programs, stock-based compensation and sales incentive programs with the specifications for new plans or modifications to existing plans to maintain the company’s competitive position market.
  • Conduct market studies to determine benchmarks, gather going rates of pay, and determine competitive positioning. Evaluate and analyze salary data, own the salary surveys’ submission process thereby supporting Lamb Weston’s competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Analyze, forecast and report labor market trends and developments in pay, unemployment, CPI and turnover.   Assists in in the preparation of merit budget recommendations salary structure changes and other related actions.
  • Maintain job families, title and grades.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for the Lamb Weston Board of Directors Compensation Committee.
  • Provide support to HR leaders on compensation-related matters.
  • Maintains current knowledge of environmental, legal and regulatory factors that impact compensation practices.  Keeps current on trends in total rewards strategies.
  • Lead the AOP data collection process and materials preparation for Total Rewards annual budget presentation.
  • Estimate annual expenses for various benefits program.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with analysis of compensation or benefits programs or educational equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation (i.e., year-end merit, bonus and stock awards consolidated Workday business process) strongly preferred.

Required Technical Skills

  • Must be technologically adept and able to work with multiple Microsoft applications and HRIS (preferably Workday), etc.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLookUp, Concatenation and other functions).
  • Proficient in Alteryx and Power BI preferred.
  • Must have high work capacity, results-oriented drive and strong sense of urgency.
