Your missions : You’ll be the backbone of our AI-driven infrastructure, ensuring that our machine learning models seamlessly transition from development to production. Your work will empower our Science and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, robust, and efficient AI solutions that redefine talent management.

👉 To do this, you will have to:

  • Automate ML workflows: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines tailored for machine learning, leveraging AWS services to streamline the process from data preprocessing to model deployment.
  • Streamline deployments: Collaborate with ML Engineers to deploy models in production environments, ensuring scalability and minimal downtime using AWS tools like SageMaker or Lambda.
  • Optimize infrastructure: Build and maintain AWS-based solutions to handle large-scale data and machine learning operations, ensuring cost efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor performance: Develop tools and processes to track the performance of models in production.
  • Enable reproducibility: Create standardized workflows and versioning systems to ensure consistent model and dataset reproducibility.
  • Foster best practices: Establish and advocate for MLOps standards across the company, guiding teams in adopting efficient workflows.
  • Stay current: Keep up with advancements in MLOps tools and frameworks, particularly within the AWS ecosystem, to continuously improve our infrastructure.
