The Global Alliance Manager will manage and expand relationships with a set of strategic Global Consulting partners. Operating at a global level, the GAM will focus on building and growing partnerships, collaborating with partners' regional teams, and ensuring consistent engagement across account levels. Internally, the GAM will work within a matrixed organization, aligning with regional sales and partner teams to maximize partner influence and drive revenue in target accounts.

This is a revenue-focused role with a quota for driving incremental revenue, both directly and through influence. The GAM will be a strategic thinker who can navigate partner organizations and engage senior executives, positioning ARIS effectively within key accounts and industry verticals. A core aspect of this role will be to establish an operational model that enables scalable growth.

This position offers an opportunity to shape the future of global alliances, building a scalable partner model and influencing the trajectory of the business on a global scale.

Essential Functions:

  • Global Partner Strategy and Planning: Develop a comprehensive global partner plan that aligns with regional business strategies. This includes establishing targets for revenue, partner enablement, and joint initiatives focused on technology and services within new and existing accounts.

  • Revenue Generation and Influence: Carry a revenue quota, driving partner-sourced incremental revenue by leveraging partner relationships within targeted accounts and industry verticals.

  • Partner Enablement and Development: Lead initiatives to enable and educate partner teams, closing any capability gaps through certification and specialized training programs.

  • Strategic Account Engagement: Collaborate with partner teams regionally to drive coordinated account-level engagement, ensuring alignment on objectives and strategic positioning.

  • Operational Model Development: Build and refine an operational framework to scale partnership activities, promoting efficiency, consistency, and enhanced revenue impact across regions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central liaison within the matrix organization, working closely with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, and ARIS product teams to support regional objectives and enhance partner engagement.

  • Senior-Level Engagement: Work directly with senior partner executives to align on strategies, develop go-to-market initiatives, and identify growth opportunities in verticals and key accounts.

  • Pipeline and Forecast Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, tracking partner-led leads, sales opportunities, and conversion metrics.

  • Marketing and Demand Generation: Partner with marketing teams to create demand generation campaigns, co-marketing activities, and shared initiatives to increase visibility and growth within target accounts.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred; extensive experience with enterprise technologies and strategic alliances.

  • Proven track record in managing global partner relationships, particularly with consulting partners, in a strategic and revenue-focused capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive incremental revenue through partner-led engagements, with experience carrying and achieving a revenue quota.

  • Capable of working with senior executives and navigating complex partner organizations to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Comfortable operating within a matrix organization, with a proven ability to align internal stakeholders and maximize partner influence on target accounts.

  • Experience in developing scalable operational models to drive consistent, long-term growth with partner organizations.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000.

This position is also eligible for a 66,67 % monthly commission plan in accordance with relevant plan documents and award agreements.
