Responsibilities:
  • Initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits
  • Conducting Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner
  • Deliver on-going support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing to ensure a seamless experience
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances, ensuring their continued satisfaction and trust
  • Be able to excel both independently and as a key member of a collaborative team. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also contributing effectively to teams workshops and goals.
