Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a (Pool) Scheduling Administrative Specialist (Remote**) to join our team!
The Scheduling Administrative Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate retrieval, processing, scanning, mini registration and creation of an encounter using faxed physician orders.

Schedule: Pool/per diem**
Shift: Rotating**

**After (3) three months of on-site training, this role will be remote.
Ongoing, there is a requirement to be on-site when needed for team meetings, trainings, etc.

Scheduling Administrative Specialist

  • Collects, organizes and scans patient and insurance correspondence, physician orders, and all other relevant documentation into Health Information System scanning software. 

  • Completes mini registration on all received orders received orders

  • Assists with scheduling and collection of out-of-pocket payments as needed.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalency (required)

  • 2 Years College/associate degree (preferred)

  • 2-4 years' experience required
