Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Magento Developer with a strong background in software integration and technical support to manage, enhance, and support our e-commerce platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Magento-based website operates seamlessly and meets the needs of both our internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Magento, specifically in backend management, issue resolution, and programming enhancements. Additionally, this role requires expertise in integrating Magento with tools such as ClickUp, Zapier, and Microsoft 365. The Senior Magento Developer will support system performance and provide technical leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Magento website backend, ensuring smooth operations, security, and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Magento platform for both internal teams and customers.
• Develop and implement new programming and enhancements on the website to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage integrations between Magento and other software tools (ClickUp, Zapier, Microsoft 365), ensuring seamless workflows and optimized performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address Magento-specific challenges and implement improvements.
• Regularly update and upgrade Magento to maintain peak functionality and compatibility with other systems.
• Document troubleshooting processes and create guides for frequently encountered issues.
• Provide training and technical support to team members on Magento features and integrations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Magento development, backend management, and technical support.
• Strong proficiency in Magento with proven experience in managing and troubleshooting complex integrations.
• Excellent programming skills for creating and implementing custom Magento functionality.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing software integrations and optimizing Magento workflows.

• Prior experience in the e-commerce or textile industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
