This is a remote position.
- Lead the readiness and change management activities for clinical and revenue cycle operations.
- Work with operational leaders to assess departmental readiness for the transition to Epic.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for staff and departments.
- Coordinate readiness activities, including training, communication, and system testing.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and mitigate any gaps in readiness or potential risks.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for operational workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in change management and readiness activities for healthcare systems.
- Experience leading readiness activities in an ambulatory Epic installation is required.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and revenue cycle management within healthcare.
- Proven track record in managing organizational change and transitions for large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
50% onsite travel in the Midwest.
Full-time, with flexibility during critical readiness and go-live phases.
