Seize the opportunity to shape the future of our product line as our Specie Marketing Ruminants Specialist. You will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for key products. This role is ideal for an individual keen on strategic implementation, focusing on significant business impact through new product launches and optimizations. As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth and innovation in the ruminant product sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose and execute comprehensive marketing plans to maximize sales and profitability for new and existing products.
  • Scout and define new business opportunities including product re-launches, packaging innovations, and market expansions.
  • Oversees marketing budget management and defines investment priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Craft commercial specifications for product innovations and improvements to meet market demands.
  • Manage the planning and execution of product marketing and discontinuation strategies to align with market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful communication and rollout of marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver accurate sales and profit forecasts, contributing to the company’s financial planning.
  • Create and update essential marketing and communication tools, including brochures, presentations, and packaging.
  • Oversee product performance and quality control, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Profound knowledge and experience in marketing, particularly in product management or related fields. Possessing core experience in Ruminants market is non-negotiable.
  • Demonstrated ability to use best practices and comprehensive industry knowledge to drive product success.
  • Experience in leading product development projects, with a proven track record of enhancing product lines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-departmental collaborations effectively.
  • An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of specific experience.
