Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Creation & Launch: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.

• Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of email campaigns to improve engagement rates and overall ROI.

• Regional Adaptation: Tailor email marketing strategies to meet the specific needs and preferences of regional markets.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and prepare detailed reports to inform campaign improvements.

• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to experiment with different subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversion metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Multi-channel Communication: Manage and optimize communication across multiple channels, including email and push notifications.

• Template Creation & Optimization: Design and improve email templates for promotional campaigns, trigger-based messages, informational newsletters, and other customer communications.

• Email Campaign Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

• A/B Testing: Test different elements of email campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Database Management: Maintain and segment customer databases for precise email targeting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and copywriters to create engaging, visually appealing content aligned with the casino and betting industry.

• Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with the latest trends in email marketing and implement best practices to ensure our strategies stay innovative.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and anti-spam laws.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Email Marketing Experience: At least 6 months of experience in email marketing (preferably in the online casino or sports betting industry).

• Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in platforms such as Mailchimp, Customer.io, or similar email service providers (ESPs).

• Campaign Creation & Optimization: Hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and analyzing email campaigns, including A/B testing.

• Segmentation & Triggered Emails: Strong understanding of customer segmentation and setting up trigger-based email flows.

• Basic HTML & CSS: Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and modifying email templates.

• Analytical Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.

• Communication & Attention to Detail: Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail; ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
