ARIVE - Product Learning & Development Manager

Pay Range: $95K - $145K

Ready to revolutionize the way people learn and interact with cutting-edge technology? ARIVE is on the lookout for a creative and passionate Product Learning & Development Manager to transform our platform's education, training, and release content into engaging and impactful experiences. If you're an innovative thinker who loves turning complex loan origination concepts into enjoyable learning journeys, we want you on our team! In this role, you'll empower our customers, prospects, and internal teams (sales and support) with the knowledge they need to maximize their use of the ARIVE platform. You will spearhead product education and learning initiatives, including creating engaging training content, managing platform education and release notes, implementing digital onboarding tools for clients, and developing academic curricula to drive deeper product feature adoption using best-in-class e-learning tools. Join us and make a meaningful impact alongside some of the industry's brightest minds!

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker from the mortgage industry with a passion for client advocacy, expertise in digital learning and adoption tools, and a proven track record in increasing product adoption through compelling educational content. You will work closely with the CEO, sales, onboarding, and other internal teams, including development, marketing, and product, to enhance client success efforts and achieve our collective goals. This role also requires providing feedback to the product team to ensure continuous improvement and keeping the CEO updated on the progress of initiatives and client insights.

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a strong background in learning and development programs. Applications from other industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging product education and knowledge management strategies to drive customer education and maximize feature adoption with users.
  • Evaluate and deploy digital adoption platforms in collaboration with engineering (e.g., Appcues, Pendo, Whatfix) to streamline feature onboarding workflows and support in-app learning experiences.
  • Design and produce engaging training materials, including e-learning courses, leveraging best in class e-learning platforms and with community collaboration. Deliver training to lenders and TPOs as and when needed.
  • Own and manage client-facing resources such as product manuals, quick start guides, video tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and e-learning modules, ensuring they are up-to-date and well-organized while optimizing existing content.
  • Build and maintain a learning academy with structured knowledge pathways and certifications, and tailored knowledge repositories for customers, including lenders and TPOs using digital platforms (such as skilljar). Implement fun gamification strategies to enhance content adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, development and marketing to communicate new product features and release notes updates effectively.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the leadership team on education strategies and influence feature enhancements based on client insights.
  • Measure and report on the success of education initiatives using KPIs such as content completion rates, community engagement, onboarding time reduction, feature adoption metrics, and more.

Things We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a comprehensive understanding of wholesale lenders, mortgage brokers, and the overall origination process.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective product education, learning and development strategies, training programs, or enablement initiatives, with proficiency in leveraging digital adoption tools and learning platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify diverse client needs and articulate tailored value propositions.
  • Proven ability to excel in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, effectively managing time to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities.
  • High level of integrity, coupled with a strong commitment to building a successful company and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for office visits, client training sessions, and networking events.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Total compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s location, experience, and skill set.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with 401K match
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • A fun, supportive and inclusive company culture
