We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to plan, execute, and oversee L&D programs that support the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual skilled in program management, stakeholder engagement, curriculum design, and process improvement, with a passion for fostering employee development. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the needs of the organization.
The ideal candidate will be based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour). This position reports directly to our Director, Learning, Development & Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design:
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather learning needs, program requirements, timelines, and strategic outcomes.
- Lead the design and development of engaging and effective learning programs that address those needs, in alignment with the Director of Learning, Development and Performance.
- Own the creation and design of learning programs that are aligned with strategic objectives, showcase L&D best practices, and are delivered through appropriate learning modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Ensure learning programs incorporate feedback and adapt to changing organizational needs.
Program Planning and Execution:
- Support in crafting a leadership development strategy for new and experienced managers and leaders, in addition to broad-stroke learning programming for all employees.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for L&D programs/initiatives that align with organizational needs, timelines, resources, etc.
- Monitor and track program progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet targets.
Stakeholder Management:
- Provide updates and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for program-related inquiries and communications within your remit, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
- Monitor and report on program risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all L&D program deliverables within your remit meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance program performance and outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze program data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing L&D processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
What You Need:
- You've designed and delivered Learning and Development experiences and programs that support a growing global workforce for 1000+ employees.
- You’ve leveraged project management software and learning technologies (including but not limited to a Learning Management System and/or Learning Experience Platform) to help it all scale.
- 5+ years of experience highlighting a combination of development program design, management and facilitation.
- You’ve developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from the ground up, have partnered with subject matter specialists to do the same, and coached team members on developing those same skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making and influencing.
- An advanced degree or certification in L&D or project management and a coaching certification is preferred.
- A track record of assessing organizational needs and crafting diverse learning solutions and programs that deliver business impact and positive ROI for the organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with partners across the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess extensive experience in assessing organizational needs and crafting diverse learning solutions to drive development and growth.
- Travel up to once per quarter
