Factored was conceived in Palo Alto, California by Andrew Ng and a team of highly experienced AI researchers, educators, and engineers to help address the significant shortage of qualified AI and data experts globally. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 12+ months of experience selling to AI executives in B2B/B2C organizations. In this role, you will take the lead in generating outbound pipeline for our Account Executive team while engaging with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
What you will be doing:Conduct thorough account research using tools like Apollo, Nooks, and LinkedIn Navigator.Engage prospects effectively across all channels—email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.Schedule meetings with qualified data science executives (VP and C-level); meet and exceed sales quotas and pipeline targets.Manage a high volume of outbound cold calls using our AI-dialer, Nooks.Share best practices with teammates while learning from their approaches in a collaborative team environment.Collaborate across teams—including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing—to drive overall growth and align efforts.Required skills:Experience: 12+ months in sales, targeting executives in B2B, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts.Key Skills: Proficient in cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn DMs, account research, and relationship building to book qualified meetings.Drive: Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a hustle mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.Startup Acumen: Comfortable and adaptable in fast-paced startup environments.Advanced English Level.At Factored, we believe that passionate, smart people expect honesty and transparency, as well as the freedom to do the best work of their lives while learning and growing as much as possible.
