Job Description:

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our product marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing, this role will focus on creating compelling product narratives, developing sales enablement materials, and executing go-to-market strategies for our virtual care platform.  


This is a REMOTE position.


Duties:


Product Launch Execution

  •  Execute product launch plans in partnership with cross-functional teams 
  • Create product launch materials including sales decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral 
  • Develop product messaging and positioning documents 
  • Track and report on launch metrics and success criteria 
  • Support launch communication plans across channels 

Sales Enablement Support

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials 
  • Develop product battlecards and competitive analyses 
  • Write customer case studies and success stories 
  • Build and update sales presentation decks 
  • Support sales training on new features and capabilities 

Product Marketing Content

  • Write product descriptions and feature announcements 
  • Create content for product pages and marketing materials 
  • Develop product-focused blog posts and thought leadership content 
  • Draft product newsletters and customer communications 
  • Maintain product marketing content library 

Market & Customer Research

  • Support competitive analysis and market research projects 
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and insights 
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments 
  • Contribute to customer persona development 
  • Track competitor activities and offerings 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product team to understand roadmap and features 
  • Partner with Content team on product storytelling 
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing on member communications 
  • Support Customer Success with product education materials 
  • Align with Sales on customer feedback and needs

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field  
  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience 
  • Strong writing and content creation skills 
  • Experience with sales enablement and customer-facing materials 
  • Project management capabilities
