Key Account Manager (Marine Maintenance-Sales)

You will assist and drive plans with the team in Korea with focus on Marine Maintenance Sales

We are looking for a local manager with strong customer focus and communication skills

Our ideal candidate is highly analytical and organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and whom should also enjoy working in a collaborative and fast pace environment.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

Responsibility

  • Improve market share in Korea Marine Maintenance segment by value-added service to domestic customers.

  • Update of customer presentation & marketing materials

  • Researching competitors information

  • Improvement of working capital in terms of inventory days and account receivable days

Task: Develop and implement ADP (Account Development Plan) for assigned accounts.

Dry Dock Specified product description Inventory quantity identified (including oversea) Gross Profit & Gross Margin identified Send a Quotation to the customer If secured, carry out vessel registration Inform to the related department

  • Customer Care: Product description, quantity & Unit price

  • Technical Service: Create IQS & Work order

Monitor overdue and cash collection

Sea Stock (Annual customer) Inventory quantity identified(including oversea) If shortage, alternative recommended Send a Quotation to the customer

Sea Stock (Spot bidding) Inventory quantity identified(including oversea) If shortage, alternative recommended Gross Profit & Gross Margin identified Send a Quotation to the customer If secured, Carry out vessel registration
