Job Title: HR Head of Recruitment

Location: Remote/ Online (Egypt)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (UK Hours); Potential for Flexible Hours

Salary: Attractive Top of Market Salary (paid in GBP/USD)

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HR Head of Recruitment to lead and optimise our recruitment efforts. If you’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing high-volume and specialized hiring processes, this role is for you. You’ll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, implement best practices, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to meet organizational hiring objectives. This position offers significant professional growth within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Operations Management - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring timely and successful placements.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection - Develop and implement robust screening and assessment practices to identify top candidates across industries.
  • Interviewing and Assessment - Design, conduct, and evaluate structured interviews and assessments to identify candidates with the right skills and cultural fit
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements, establish hiring strategies, and maintain alignment on candidate expectations.
  • Process Improvement - Continuously refine recruitment workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employer Branding and Outreach - Contribute to strategies that position Palm Outsourcing as a preferred partner for candidates and clients.
 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Recruitment Leadership - 5+ years of HR management experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition for varied roles.
  • English Proficiency - Advanced fluency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Interviewing Expertise - Demonstrated ability to conduct structured interviews and assess both technical and interpersonal competencies effectively.
  • Industry Expertise - Experience in managing recruitment across multiple sectors and job functions, including both high-volume and specialized hiring.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Process-Oriented Approach - Demonstrated success in optimizing recruitment processes and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking - Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use them to drive improvements.
