Job Description

The AFO Regional Marcom Specialist (rMS) is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and implementation of marketing campaigns to support the Agilent Genomics and Diagnostic Programs (DGG) as well as any additional assigned Product Line and Segments. Campaigns are measured for performance against defined marketing metrics, campaign objectives and predetermined goals.

This Regional Marcom Specialist (rMS) position will have responsible for driving all aspects of the campaigns, including: the tactic mix selection; budget management; performance tracking; and reporting. The rMS works closely with the Regional and Global Marketing Program Managers to define and communicate campaign strategies and objectives. It is strategically important to develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external partners, as well as various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a formal marketing education in digital and traditional marketing, as well as an understanding of working in a regulated marketspace. This job involves working with a large matrix organization with limited supervision. Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or other related field

  • 4+ years relevant marketing experience

  • Experience leading quarterly budgets and purchase orders

  • Experience designing effective marketing campaign

  • Awareness of Agilent Genomics and Diagnostic Programs (DGG) Applications and Industries

  • Understanding of working in a regulated marketspace

  • Ability to travel regionally in North America up to 20%

The US pay range for this full-time position is $87,600.00 - $146,456.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
