Responsibilities:The Specialist, ETRM Applications reports to the Manager, ETRM Applications and is responsible for documenting business requirements, application configuration, solution development, documenting technical requirements, testing, implementation and support, Trading and Risk Management Business Applications.
You will work with other subject matter experts and will be responsible for documentation, configuration, development, testing and support of ETRM business applications. You will be responsible for ETRM Applications coordinations with vendors, DBAs, IT Infrastructure personnel, technical consultants, and other staff to deliver solutions.
Additional responsibilities:
• Actively participates and lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing and implementation of ETRM application solutions
• Takes ownership of complex projects and assignments
• Ensures technical solutions are developed in the best way to meet functional specifications.
• May work on multiple projects concurrently and/or multiple high priority production support issues simultaneously.
• Works with ETRM team members to ensure core and custom solutions adhere to best practices.
• Investigates and resolves support problems through research and technical analysis.
• Coordinates with other team members to resolve issues
• Supports and delivers solutions related to custom integrations
• Facilitates user acceptance testing of delivered solutions
• Adheres to change management procedures
