The role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a growth hacking mentality to join our 100% remote, flat-structured team. You thrive on solving complex problems, experimenting with unconventional solutions, and navigating unknown territory to uncover new opportunities.

With seven apps and millions of downloads monthly, this full-time role will be key to scaling our reach across platforms and driving global growth. While iOS growth is a top priority, you’ll also contribute to cross-platform strategies that accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

In 2025, we aim to expand our app portfolio into new categories beyond dating, and we need a creative, data-driven innovator to help us explore and succeed in uncharted markets.

What you'll do
  • Growth Strategy:
    • Develop and execute creative, data-driven strategies to drive organic growth and user acquisition on iOS and Android.
    • Prioritize iOS growth while ensuring scalable tactics for the app portfolio.
    • Identify and experiment with new growth channels, including referral programs, viral campaigns, and social sharing incentives.
  • Expand Beyond Dating:
    • Collaborate with the team to create and execute growth strategies for building an ecosystem of connected apps, designed to complement each other and meet diverse user needs across various categories.
    • Apply your expertise to build visibility and traction for apps outside the dating space.
  • Tackle Unknown Challenges:
    • Experiment with unconventional solutions to solve complex growth problems.
    • Identify untapped opportunities in emerging markets, new technologies, or niche communities.
  • Optimize User Acquisition Funnels:
    • Analyze user acquisition and retention metrics to find and resolve bottlenecks in the user journey.
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve onboarding and drive higher conversion rates.
  • App Store Ownership:
    • Take complete ownership of our app store listings across iOS and Android, managing all optimization aspects.
    • Optimize keywords, descriptions, and visuals for discoverability and conversion on both platforms.
    • Conduct A/B tests to refine listings and enhance performance.
  • Experimentation & Innovation:
    • Design and execute growth experiments, testing unconventional tactics and scaling successful ideas.
    • Leverage emerging trends like influencer marketing, TikTok campaigns, or gamification to fuel growth.
