Job Overview
The Marketing Automation team within the Business Marketing Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst SFMC. As an expert in marketing automation, you will launch, optimize, and scale global business marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the client’s products and services. You will orchestrate journeys to use digital channels, such as email, ads, web, and to drive results. This role will concentrate on supporting the Demand Generation program within the Business Marketing Group.
How You Will Make An Impact
Campaigns
- Orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, including digital channels such as email, webinars, messaging, forms, landing pages, in-app messaging, and web.
- Create and maintain lists, segmentations, and data extensions.
- Optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
- Provide campaign-level reporting on email, and In app marketing channels.
- Consult with marketing stakeholders on marketing automation and email marketing best practices to drive channel effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns
- Provide debugging support for SFMC Marketing Campaigns
- Provide AMP script support across complex statements
What You Will Need To Succeed
- 3+ years of experience
- Expert hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns (Ads, SEM, display, email, etc.)
- Experience with commercial marketing automation tools (Sales Marketing Cloud)
- High level of detail-orientation and QA experience with Marketing Automation campaigns
- Ability to project manage many tasks with strict deadlines and visibility requirements
- Experience with global B2B or B2C digital multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning
- Clear understanding of email marketing best practices and strategy
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to understand large digital marketing systems
- Ability to build and manipulate content with a CMS tool (Knak, Hubspot, Dreamweaver)
- Exceptional prioritization and project management skills and working tool knowledge (Monday, Trello, Jira)
- Basic knowledge of SQL (segmentation building)
- Basic knowledge of HTML (email content manipulation)
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: $78200.00 - $90000.00 USD Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
