YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a world-class analyst to become part of our Growth team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

  • Lead local acquisition and retention projects, from ideation to execution,  in complete autonomy working with the cross-functional and local teams (CRM, Loyalty & Promo, Q-commerce, Commercial) for a seamless implementation to deliver the agreed Growth goals
  • Design and coordinate a best-in-class execution of the local Loyalty & promo/Groceries growth strategies, adapting global playbook to local needs via a test & learn approach
  • Be the country point of contact for the above projects,  creating advocacy and consensus among internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and assess the assigned projects’ impact on Growth budget and country P&L, ensuring the most efficient and effective allocation of resources
  • Track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects, to measure success, providing the appropriate visibility to the Head of Growth and Marketing plus local and HQ stakeholders
  • Coordinate the creation of inspiring designs, content, and campaigns that will build the business’s brand, driving acquisition and engagement, while ensuring that the brand’s standards are maintained across all channels
  • Build success stories and best practices to be shared with other regional teams.
  • Lead and manage one direct report with whom you’ll work on all the above.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Have minimum 4 years of work experience on Growth or Marketing as (for example) project manager, brand manager, product manager roles. 
  • Feel comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Have strong consumer understanding skills, business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation into implementation) with great attention to detail
  • Are strong in analytical skills and ability to turn insights from data into actions
  • Are knowledge of paid, owned and earned media channels (online, off line) 
  • Are comfortable and agile with budget management and comfortable in tracking and reporting on established growth KPIs
  • Must: Proficiency in English
  • Must: Proficiency  with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Must: Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of data visualisation tools ( Tableau, Looker) or SQL language
  • Most common background: Business Administration/Marketing Studies in top Universities
