About the role
Holy exists to create value for companies through enhanced composite components. Our goal is to become the world's leading vertically integrated manufacturer for composite components through our fully automated production system. We are seeking a motivated Growth and Marketing Intern (m/f/x) to write content for our marketing efforts and drive growth in close collaboration with the founding team.

What you will do
  • Work closely with the founders to master daily challenges across business units.
  • Take ownership of managing our marketing channels, from content creation to distribution. 
  • Write compelling content for our marketing activities to spark companies' interest in our services.
  • Identify and launch new initiatives from scratch.
  • Ideate and execute targeted inbound strategies that speak to the specific needs of our customers.
  • Follow your intellectual curiosity and learn about new markets and technologies together with your co-workers.
The internship duration is 6 months with potential to transition to a full-time position. Together we will make sure that you develop into a role, where you do the things that you love most.

  • You enjoy crafting the perfect text and have a strong interest in marketing and communications.
  • You take ownership and have the drive to make things happen.
  • You love working creatively and analytically.
  • You have an autonomous working attitude and enjoy doing things for the first time.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • PLUS: You have some initial experience with managing professional LinkedIn accounts, running Google Ads, optimizing for SEO, and creating marketing campaigns.
