Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Operations Manager to join our team. In this diverse role, you’ll leverage your analytical, technical, marketing, SEO, and creative skills to connect data, marketing, product, SEO, content, and outreach efforts. Your focus will be on expanding our business reach, identifying new opportunities, and improving internal processes.

This cross-functional role requires empathy, active listening, and a knack for finding solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives, including data analysis, content management, SEO, HubSpot, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Prioritize data requests to bridge gaps between teams and the Data Team.
  • Collaborate on business growth tests, including inbound, outbound, referrals, partnerships, and marketing tools.
  • Analyze website targets for potential M&A opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends, automating reports where possible.
  • Assist with HR and administrative tasks to support our growth, such as recruitment, personal development, office supplies, and payments.
  • Optimize processes, reporting, and analysis to improve team efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
  • Document progress, learnings, best practices, and analyses.

Experience & Skills

Technical Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic digital company.
  • Proven track record in Marketing, Growth, or Lead Generation with experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency with SEO strategies and tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush).
  • Experience with data and automation tools, with a strong analytical background.
  • Understanding of Product Management.
  • Hands-on, operationally motivated, and empathetic.

Personal Skills

  • Passionate about testing new tools to enhance daily operations.
  • Curious and proactive with a go-getter attitude.
  • Enthusiastic about automation but knows when manual efforts are necessary.
  • Enjoys documenting progress and sharing knowledge with team members.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Smart, energetic, and a team player with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency required; Spanish or French is a bonus.
