Your Role

Are you ready to lead impactful marketing campaigns across Europe? As the Marketing Manager for Europe, you’ll spearhead dynamic initiatives that drive revenue growth and amplify our brand’s presence across the continent. You’ll collaborate closely with the corporate marketing team, as well as partner with the European sales team and distributors to increase Clarius brand awareness in the ultrasound industry. You'll also have the unique opportunity to work with leading European luminaries and find creative ways to tell their stories through Clarius marketing channels


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Clarius’s participation and exhibitions at European conferences across diverse medical specialties, including MSK, veterinary, medical aesthetics, pain management, EMED, and more. Travel to conferences as required. 
  • Oversee the translation and localization of European marketing materials to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy. 
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, including European medical associations and Clarius distributors. 
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between the European sales team and the Clarius marketing team. 
  • Coordinate with the content team and ultrasound educators to produce educational videos. 
  • Host customer guest speakers during webinars and collaborate on sponsorships with industry associations. 
  • Drive campaigns that align with Clarius’s European go-to-market strategy. 
  • Take on additional tasks to support the marketing and sales teams as needed. 


Your Experience So Far:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business, with 7-10 years of healthcare marketing experience; experience in the ultrasound industry is a plus. 
  • Proven track record in coordinating tradeshows. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, its channels, and key performance indicators; familiarity with GDPR is an asset. 
  • Bilingual capability required, including English. French, German, or Spanish preferred as the second language.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally (approximately 15%). 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to achieve results. 


Location and Contract:

This is a one-year temporary position, remote-based, with up to 15% travel. Ideally, the candidate will be located in Germany, but applicants from surrounding European countries or the UK will also be considered.
