Paid Media Manager

 

As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in achieving outstanding results across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other prominent paid media channels. Working closely with a senior paid media manager, you will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns. Your expertise will drive campaign success, nurture team development, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Management: Design and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms to meet and exceed client objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, support, and mentor the paid media team, aligning their efforts with organizational goals.

Performance Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign data, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply data-driven solutions to enhance performance.

Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, delivering insights, strategies, and results with confidence and clarity.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including SEO and client services, to leverage cross-channel synergies and deliver cohesive marketing strategies.

Reporting: Ensure detailed and actionable campaign reports are created using tools such as LookerStudio, guaranteeing accurate tracking and effective measurement of results.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business Suite, with a minimum of three years managing campaigns.

Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads is advantageous.

Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with GA4, GTM, and LookerStudio.

Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior staff.

Proven ability to develop and execute paid media strategies, encompassing budget management, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.

Demonstrated capability to stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
